We use SMS text messages to deliver one-time passcodes (OTP) for account sign-in and, where applicable, transactional notifications about your service requests. By providing your mobile phone number you consent to receive these messages.

• Message frequency varies and depends on your activity (typically one message per sign-in).
• Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to operate the SentientHome service, such as authentication and service-related messaging.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf (for example, our cloud and SMS delivery providers) under confidentiality obligations, with your property manager and assigned contractors as needed to fulfill your service requests, or where required by law.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
